Chat Workspace is a Merchavelo product. Operator: Zentara LLC, operating Merchavelo. Contact support@merchavelo.com. These terms apply to your use of Chat Workspace. By using the product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Any purchase is subject to the seller and payment terms shown at checkout as well as your mandatory consumer rights.
What the product provides
One browser extension organizes available conversations, reusable prompts and related material across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and NotebookLM. Your provider accounts, subscriptions, usage limits and terms remain separate. Provider layouts, outages and device model support can affect features. We do not promise complete historical capture or continued availability of a third-party feature.
Free and Pro access
The Free tier works without a Chat Workspace account. Pro is activated using a valid license key and supports three registered browsers. Keep the key private; do not redistribute or resell it. Free quotas apply across the shared workspace. When Pro ends, existing local data remains readable and Free limits apply to new creation.
Prices and renewal
Pro is $9.99 monthly or $69.99 annually in USD. Annual billing is equivalent to $5.83 per month when rounded; the 41% saving is rounded down against twelve monthly payments. Lifetime Pro costs $99 once and includes Pro updates for the life of Chat Workspace. It does not include AI subscriptions or an indefinite service guarantee.
Base prices exclude applicable tax, which is added at checkout. Review the final total and any offered local currency before payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled; cancellation normally takes effect at the paid-through date. Refunds and payment reversals can revoke Pro earlier.
Seller and payment terms
The anticipated payment route is Stripe Managed Payments/Link. Review the actual seller identity, payment terms, total price and renewal terms shown at checkout before paying. The seller and payment processor are identified at checkout and on the receipt; these terms do not promise a particular seller arrangement. Zentara LLC provides Chat Workspace software and product support.
Use and local data
Use the extension only with accounts and content you are entitled to access. Review prompts, exports and queued messages before relying on them. Do not use it to evade provider restrictions or interfere with others’ accounts. Keep your own backups before uninstalling or clearing storage. We cannot recover an encrypted backup without its passphrase.
Refunds and support
The 14-day refund policy explains how to request a refund. Canceling renewal does not automatically request one. The support page explains troubleshooting and safe contact details. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Availability and rights
Chat Workspace is independently developed and is not endorsed by the providers. Provider trademarks remain their owners’ property. The product may change to maintain compatibility, fix issues or meet legal requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, remedies for faulty or misdescribed software, or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law governs these terms and any dispute. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain available. These terms do not require arbitration, select an exclusive court or impose a separate contractual cap on liability. Liability and remedies remain subject to applicable law. Contact support@merchavelo.com to raise an issue; contacting support does not remove any right to use a court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be dated on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights for a purchase already made or override mandatory law.
