Do I need an account?
The Free tier works without a Chat Workspace account. Provider accounts and subscriptions are separate. Pro uses a license key after purchase.
Which sites does it work with?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and NotebookLM share one installed extension and local Library. Each adapter depends on the provider’s current page layout and available content.
Where are my saved conversations?
Saved content and search indexes stay in this browser’s extension storage. A different browser or profile has its own local data. This release does not include Drive sync. Export a backup to move or protect your Library.
What does Pro cost?
$9.99 monthly, $69.99 annually or $99 once for Lifetime Pro, in USD. AI subscriptions are separate. Applicable tax is added at checkout. Review the final total and any offered local currency before payment. Live checkout is not open yet.
How many browsers can I activate?
One license supports three browsers. Removing an old registration on your license page frees a slot; it does not delete that browser’s local Library.
What happens when I cancel or downgrade?
Subscription cancellation stops renewal at the paid-through date. Existing local data remains readable; Free creation limits apply after Pro ends. Refunds can revoke Pro earlier.
Is Lifetime Pro permanent?
It is a single purchase for Pro features and future Pro updates for the life of Chat Workspace. It does not include AI provider subscriptions or promise that a third-party site will keep the same features forever.
Can I recover an encrypted backup without its passphrase?
No. Keep your passphrase safe. Support cannot decrypt the backup or recover its passphrase.
Does the extension automatically send messages?
Queue and chain features can send messages you explicitly schedule while a supported provider tab is available. Review queued text before starting a run. Pause the queue if a provider layout changes or an account is unclear.
Can I get a refund?
The 14-day refund policy covers each initial monthly or annual charge, each monthly or annual renewal charge, and each lifetime purchase. Each charge has its own 14-day request window. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions. Read the refund policy for the request details.
Is Chat Workspace made by an AI provider?
No. It is a Merchavelo product developed independently of the providers. See non-affiliation.
