Setup and permissions
Start with the setup guide. In Settings, enable only the providers you want to use. Stay signed in to the correct provider account and reload its page after granting permission.
A widget or capture is missing
Check the site permission, extension version and build ID. Refresh the provider page. If a provider has changed its layout, pause queues and report the affected site and steps. A page or conversation that is not loaded cannot be assumed to have been captured.
A queued message did not send
Check the queue status and current conversation before resuming. Keep the provider tab available. After a reload or interrupted connection, inspect the saved queue before starting another run so you do not intentionally repeat a message that already reached the provider.
License or billing
Use your license page to inspect your plan, remove old browser registrations or open the billing portal. Retrieve a purchase using its original private checkout return link. A payment in progress is not proof of an active license.
Backups and local data
Export a backup before removing the extension or clearing browser storage. Keep a copy outside the browser. Encrypted backups require the original passphrase; we cannot recover it. Removing a licensed browser registration does not erase its local Library.
Writing tools unavailable
On-device tools depend on Chrome, device support and model availability. Approve a model download only if you want it. Grammar has no cloud fallback. Any offered provider-based optimization requires you to review the provider path.
