14-day refunds.

Chat Workspace is a Merchavelo product. Operator: Zentara LLC, operating Merchavelo. Contact support@merchavelo.com. This policy applies to monthly and annual subscriptions and lifetime purchases. It describes the refund offer for a purchase; it does not mean live checkout is currently available.

Request within 14 days

We offer a full refund of the affected charge when you send a request within 14 calendar days after the charge date shown on your receipt. No reason is required. This applies separately to each initial monthly charge, each monthly renewal charge, each initial annual charge, each annual renewal charge, and each lifetime purchase. Every renewal starts a new 14-day window for that renewal charge; it does not reopen the window for earlier charges.

Email support@merchavelo.com with “Chat Workspace refund” in the subject. Include the purchase or renewal date and receipt reference so we can identify the charge. A request sent within the window remains timely while we verify and process it. Do not send a full card number, license key, password, private checkout link or backup passphrase. This is a manual email request process; this page does not submit or approve a refund automatically.

Seller and processing

The anticipated payment route is Stripe Managed Payments/Link. The actual seller and payment terms are identified at checkout and on your receipt; no particular seller arrangement is promised by this policy. You may use the refund route on the receipt or contact us at the address above for help with the request. Refunds return through the payment provider to the original payment method. The payment provider and your bank determine when the funds arrive; we do not promise a bank processing deadline.

Cancellation is separate

Cancel renewal through the billing portal linked from your license page, or contact support@merchavelo.com if you cannot access it. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access until the paid-through date. It does not automatically request a refund. If you want both a refund and cancellation, say so in your request. A refund or payment reversal can revoke Pro earlier. Existing local data remains readable under the Free plan; Free limits apply to new creation. Lifetime purchases have no subscription renewal to cancel.

Your rights

The 14-day offer is additional to mandatory consumer rights. It does not restrict remedies for faulty or misdescribed software or any other remedy required by applicable law, including where a claim arises after the 14-day window. Contact us about those issues even if the voluntary refund window has ended. If a payment or purchase status is uncertain, check the original receipt or contact support before paying again.
